Delete your Brijex account

In the app (fastest)
If you still have the app installed and can sign in:
- Open Brijex and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Account actions
- Tap Delete account, then confirm

By email (no app needed)
Can't access the app, or already uninstalled it? Email us your request, including your full name and registered phone number so we can verify it's you:

This cannot be undone. Once processed, your account is deactivated immediately and you're signed out everywhere. If you just want a break from Brijex, log out instead: no need to delete anything.
What happens, and when

Requests by email are verified against your registered phone number and typically processed within a few business days, after which the same 30-day schedule above applies.
